Para Program Courses at DeVos Place, Grand Rapids

The GLEC Paraoptometric track provides CE for new or experienced optometric staff. CE allows the Paraoptometric to stay current within the eye care field and is especially important in the study of direct patient care and office competency. Credits can be obtained toward certification or re-certification.

The Michigan College of Optometry, in its ongoing role of supporting the educational needs of eyecare professionals announces the “Practical Training for Opticians” in conjunction with GLEC.

GLEC 2017 offers two options for optometric staff to get the education and training they want!

Staff can register for one or two days of CE training that will be held at the DeVos Place in Grand Rapids. A second opportunity for training will be held at the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University, Practical Training for Opticians.
